We are always exhausted after a long, busy working day. With increasing bills on everything, the reality pressures us to be engulfed in endless work and assignments. From time to time, we may already feel too tired to think straight even when we have not done much yet. Gradually, we may fall into a downward spiral of low energy status, having less interest in life, and more negative emotions.
Eating a balanced diet and having enough sleep is some old-school advice. Indeed, energy drinks and coffee may provide a temporary boost to help you get through the day, but they cannot be a lasting solution. Here are some ways you can follow to increase your energy in both the short term and long term.
1. Drink More Water
Water is important. You may not notice before, but even slight dehydration can make you feel tired, and a small glass of water can solve the problem. You do know you need water after exercise. However, it doesn’t have to be sports drinks or energy drinks. Pure water is good enough to accelerate your metabolism and make you more energetic.
2. Increase Magnesium Intake
There are various biochemical reactions in the body, including breaking down glucose into energy, which requires magnesium to process. When your body does not have enough magnesium, the energy level can drop, and your body has to work harder to create energy for your daily activities, making you feel more drained. Almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, and fish are food rich in magnesium which you can add to your diet.
3. Walk
While moving about when you feel tired seems to worsen the situation, the fact might actually surprise you. Doing physical activities such as walking can increase your body’s energy. If you take a 10-minute walk daily, your overall energy levels and mood will improve.
4. Check Your Thyroid Function
If you are constantly low on energy, especially if you feel sluggish even after a good night’s rest, maybe it is time to have a blood test for thyroid functions. The thyroid secretes hormones to help the body use energy, stay warm, and keep other organs working as they should. When the thyroid does not produce enough hormones, you may have hypothyroidism, which is not a severe condition but usually leads to slow metabolism and lethargy.
5. Spooky2 Scalar
Where does the energy come from?
The answer could be simple: another form of energy. Spooky2 Scalar can create an energy field of pure scalar energy and recharge your body as long as you stay in the scalar field.
Sebastien Mercier, one of the Spooky2 trainers, once did an experiment. He was teaching a group of people about Spooky2, and he put the Scalar on the two sides of the room. Surprisingly, everyone in the room felt energetic after a long day of study.
Scalar is an effective but mild way of increasing your energy. If you want to address your fatigue or thyroid issues, you can combine it with Rife frequencies.
To do this, follow the instructions below:
1. Correctly Place Spooky2 Scalar devices.
2. Connect Generator X to Spooky2 Scalar and tune Spooky2 Scalar.
3. Open Spooky2 software. Go to Presets tab and click Shell (Empty) Presets\Scalar, and then select Spooky Scalar General (SS)-JW. In the Programs tab, search “fatigue” and “thyroid” and you will find many related programs. You can select the ones for you need like the ones in the screenshot.
4. Turn to the Control tab and choose “Overwrite Generator.” Open a generator port and click the “Start” button.
5. Sleep between the Transmitter and Receiver while the programs are running.
If you have a set of Spooky2 Scalar, now is the perfect time to start sleeping between your Spooky2 Scalar! You will notice the difference after trying it out.
