Aromatherapy is an ancient method of using fragrances where people inhale or apply them to the skin to promote physical and mental health. Studies show that regular aromatherapy can reduce stress and anxiety and help improve sleep quality.
How Does Aromatherapy Work?
Researchers believe that aromatherapy can improve sleep quality by inhibiting the activity of the sympathetic nervous system, helping patients relax and enjoy deeper sleep. What’s more, aromatherapy promotes sleep by activating serotonin and other neurotransmitters involved in sleep regulation.
How to Use Aromatherapy to Improve Sleep?
You can use essential oil by putting four drops of it on a cotton ball. Then, put the cotton ball in a container, hold it close to your face, and take a few deep breaths. You can also place the container near your pillow until the following morning. If the smell is too strong for you, you can dilute the oil with a carrier oil, such as coconut, olive, and jojoba oil. Also, if you are unsure of the concentration of the essential oil, 2% may be a good starting point.
Four Essential Oils for Sleep
Lavender is one of the most widely researched essential oils for improving sleep quality and can be applied to the skin directly without dilution, making it more convenient for application. Many scientific studies have demonstrated that lavender can help improve sleep, reduce stress, and alleviate pain. In addition, some researchers have also found it may reduce inflammation and accelerate wound recovery.
Experts believe that bergamot may help reduce blood pressure and heart rate, resulting in a calming effect. When you are angry or irritated, bergamot oil can make you peaceful.
Moreover, bergamot oil can help improve your digestive and urinary systems. If you have gastroenteritis or urinary inflammation, you can massage diluted bergamot oil on your belly for alleviation.
A study in 2017 found that cedarwood oil users sleep longer overall and wake up less frequently at night or in the morning. Some people also like to use cedarwood oil for footbath by adding 5 to 8 drops of cedarwood oil into warm water.
Beyond improving sleep quality, cedarwood oil can benefit your skin as well. It can help heal acne, eczema, sores, and wounds.
Sandalwood oil is famous for its mildly sweet woody fragrance. Sandalwood itself is used for furniture and herbal medicines. Its oil has been used for ages in spiritual activities, such as prayer and meditation. Some studies have shown that sandalwood oil can make people refreshed and concentrated. Like cedarwood, it also helps improve skin condition and sleep quality.
Spooky2 Scalar with Essential Oil
Spooky2 Scalar has the molecular scalar mode, which can carry the properties of substances and let them permeate the entire scalar field. As a result, when you stay within the scalar field, you will receive the healing benefits of the essential oils plus scalar energy. With the molecular scalar mode, you do not need to use much essential oil. One drop will be enough, and you do not need a carrier oil. If you are using several oils for multiple purposes, you can also mix them together.
To use essential oil with Spooky2 Scalar, follow these steps:
1. Set up and tune your Spooky2 Scalar.
2. Put one or two drops of essential oil or the mixture of several essential oils in a glass container and put it on the receiver coil.
3. Stay between the transmitters to receive the benefits.
Combine your Spooky2 Scalar with several drops of essential oils to give yourself the best sleep quality tonight.

Can you do the whole bottle so that whenever you choose to use it it’s already had the frequencies put in it?
I have a coil I just got it I’m new to all of this.
Dear Debra, if you want to enjoy the benefits of essential oils, you need to put them on the receiver coil. However, if you want to imprint frequency to the oil, you need to put the oil on the transmitter coil. Yes, you can out the whole bottle on the coil but the frequency will get weaker over time.
